Warrior – Hunter – Caveman Golden Pendant with a Ruby Stone
We remain here in the prehistoric period of time and we continue the line of design and way of thinking of the prehistoric world. This little pendant (I think it’s no longer than 1.5 cm from the top link to the foot – and here I discover secrets – of this very brave man). A man of arrow, or bow (archer). This could be, according to the horoscope, a bow man, a bow shooter, but my inspiration here was from a painting in a cave in Al Tamira, if I’m not mistaken, about hunters who used to shoot arrows at different hunted animals. Here I used, and I will continue my sentence if you promise not to discover to anyone who is not a student of jewelry design. And if you promise not to discover this secret, I will secretly reveal that I used used parts of another jewelry which I made – 14 karat gold – and melted them in such a way to create some form which will resemble the forms of the hunters on those prehistoric caves. You can see the bow on the right side, and the arm which holds the bow, and then the head of the man above, two running feet, and this man is a brave hunter so he got the fine ruby stone, to emphasize his brave heart. But this definitely relates to prehistoric patterns of early man’s drawing.

Silver Roman – Phoenician Glass Leaf Pendants
The next one is on the same line of thinking. Here we go back to the necklace of the Goddess Anat, by way of using the ancient Roman – Phoenician glass. I created here the form of a leaf – very simple and very schematic, in a way, and filled in pieces of ancient Roman glass, using the very beautiful patina which is formed only over time while in the ground. The necklace is very simple and not elaborate, but the glass plays a very important and esthetic role on this leaf.

The next is also a leaf, only a little more elaborate, with a central vain, in which I used different pieces of colored ancient glass, on the left side more orange or pink or nearly purple, and on the right long side, like half a moon – green. It’s hard to see in the picture but this green really shines like almost turquoise or the peacock tails’ green, if the light falls on it properly. But this is also a leaf and belongs to the same set of Godess Anat’s, although this is not an arrow but I use here the same Roman – Phoenician glass.

Agate – Onyx Slice Pendant
The next is a simple slice of an Agate stone, and in this case it’s an Onyx. This is a very simple pendant with a simple way of combining a silver link. I drilled a hole through the Agate stone which is rather hard, and then fixed it with a silver nail through this stone.

Wild-cut Eilat Stone Pendant
The next is a wild-cut Eilat stone (copper stone). I didn’t even try to change the form of the broken stone. The sides are shiny with a very beautiful combination of blue, brown, and green, different shades of green. The pendant itself is nailed in the weight-center. The stone is free to dangle right or left on this nail which is kept in the center, and the stone always returns to the same way of hanging in a horizontal way.

Egg-Oval Eilat Stone Pendant
The next is a simple egg-shaped Eilat stone pendant, the stone is free for itself and hangs on a hook.
