code: Cross Jewlery Bracelet 699
Material: Metal, gemstone, plastic, Tibet Silver
Description: This bracelet has a mixture of materials, colors and symbol origins, with a logic and philosophy behind the mixture. The beads stranded on the bracelet are a mixture of Amethyst chips and transparent yellow faceted plastic beads. Amethyst is a gemstone known for it's ability to open one's mind and expand his wisdom. The chips are purple in color and therefore blend successfully with the yellow beads, since yellow and purple are the reversals of one another and complement each other in the color spectrum. The Amethyst chips are made of gemstone - a natural material, while the yellow beads are made of plastic - an artificial material. This combination of natural and unnatural is there to symbolise the Middle Way (as known in Buddhism), meaning that one can enjoy all good things in this world without going to extremes. The metallic charms dangling from the bracelet are a Cross, a Hai, and a Hamsa. These are all symbols used by different cultures and religions and have deep inner meanings for those who use them. Wearing all three symbols in the same bracelet symbolises the unification of all mankind and peace and love between nations. The bails in the bracelet (the silverish beads that carry the charms) are made of Tibet Silver (a metal similar to pewter - an alloy of copper, and sometimes tin or nickel, with a small percentage of pure silver. Its overall appearance is of aged silver, but it can be polished to provide highlights on complex castings. The nickel content is nowadays reduced or absent, due to common allergies to this metal) and are decorated in Asian style carvings. The bails are manufactured in China while the charms are manufactured in Israel. This meeting between East and West is another unique and interesting feature of this bracelet.

Description: This bracelet has a mixture of materials, colors and symbol origins, with a logic and philosophy behind the mixture. The beads stranded on the bracelet are a mixture of Aventurine chips and transparent red faceted plastic beads. Aventurine is a gemstone known for it's ability to strengthen one's blood circulation. The beads are red in color and therefore blend successfully with the green Aventurine chips, since green and red are the reversals of one another and complement each other in the color spectrum. The Aventurine chips are made of gemstone - a natural material, while the red beads are made of plastic - an artificial material. This combination of natural and unnatural is there to symbolise the Middle Way (as known in Buddhism), meaning that one can enjoy all good things in this world without going to extremes. The metallic charms dangling from the bracelet are a Cross, a Star of David, and a Hamsa. These are all symbols used by different cultures and religions and have deep inner meanings for those who use them. Description: This bracelet is stranded with beautiful pink faux (imitation) pearls. In between the pearls are Tibet Silver bails carrying different amulets: Star of David, Hamsa, Hai, and a Key. Each symbol has it's own meaning and significance and plays a different role, depending on the personal attributes of the person who wears them. But all the amulets have unchangeable characteristics. The Star of David, also known as Hexagram or King Solomon's Seal is made of two triangles placed on on top of the other but in opposite directions. One triangle signifies Earth while the other signifies Heaven. The unification of the two triangles in the Star of David symbolises the unification of heaven and earth and thus man's deeper inner yearning to reach Heaven and get closer to God while still walking this Earth. The Hamsa charm - the hand with the Eye in the middle is used in many cultures as a symbol to protect ffrom the Evil Eye. For some people the hand symbolises the Hand of God that has saved the Children of Israel from many perils throughout history. The Hai charm has an inscription in Hebrew meaning "living" or "alive." The cross charm symbolises the Crucifix - a main symbol of Christianity and a reminder of the cross Jesus Christ was crucified upon while suffering pain and devoting himself to salvation of humanity. The bracelet incorporates symbols from both Judaism and Christianity hinting at the strong historical relation between these two important religions. The bracelet is adjustable and can fit all wrist sizes.

Home > Bracelets with Christian Cross Pendants and Charms
The date the first cross was designed is unknown. Beginning from a young age, children in all cultures draw crosses. Crosses, estimated to date back to the stone age, were found carved into the walls of caves all across Europe. Like other symbols from this time period, they were also used by the Celtic cultures in Europe. Cross images were also found in cultures and religions of central Asia.
The first Christian books from Armenia and Syria contain evidence that the cross originates from horsemen who came from the East, perhaps members of Turkish tribes. Turkish styled crosses can be found in ancient Armenian temples.
Since it can be rapidly and easily designed, crosses are used for different purposes, like in writing and marking. In mathematics it is used for the addition and multiplication signs. It is also used in Latin , and was used in Ancient Hebrew and Greek writing. In Roman numbers the "x" signifies the number ten. In Chinese the number 10 is signified by an "x." Flags of many countries with a Christian tradition carry the cross sign, like Greece, Britain, Australia, Norway and Finland.
