Returns and refunds - yalyjudaica.com
All YalyJudaica items are handmade, with care and precision, by Judaica Artist Yaly Adler, and should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not
completely satisfied we are pleased to offer a 30-day returns / exchanges policy on all purchases.
To return or exchange an item, simply:
1) Call YalyJudaica customer service at Tel: +972 4 6258249 or E-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2) Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials.
3) Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including return form and packing slip, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (available at the Post Office, if you need one).
4) Send the package by Priority Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.
YalyJudaica is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
5) Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Please be careful: You should not write "Judaica", "jewelry", or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
* The item needs to be returned within 30-days following the shipment date. Packages without a Return Authorization number cannot be accepted.
* Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, and undamaged. be processed. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
* Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of YalyJudaica.
* We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs. We will refund shipping, handling, and insurance costs only when the return is a result of YalyJudaica's error.
* All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
Again, please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials within 30-days following the shipment date.
